Go Grant!!

Last week we travelled down to Bloomington to watch Grant's last regular season basketball game. 

He played really well and even scored 6 points for his team! 

 Cooper was watching intently the entire game. 

 Mason enjoyed it too!

That Tricky Leprechaun!!

Setting up his leprechaun trap the night before St. Patty's day...

He was determined that the leprechaun would lead him to the pot of gold. :)

So here's the trap - a sign pointing to fake "gold" which was under a box that was supposed to collapse once the leprechaun went to reach for it.

Batman and Clayface kept watch...

...but no such luck!

Happy Birthday, sweet boy!  You will always be my baby!  :) 

It was such a great day!  We are so thankful to our wonderful family for making it extra special and for being there to help us celebrate his 1st birthday.  By the end of the day Mason was kind of fussy, but I think he was on present and cake overload!  Poor guy has been battling lots of ear infections too ever since we started daycare in January.  Looks like he might be a good candidate for tubes just like his Mommy & big bro.

This past year has truly gone like a blink of an eye.  It is especially strange to me now that Mr. Mason is wearing the same clothes Cooper wore last year when Mase was just a newborn.  Quit growing up so fast, big guy! 

We are so blessed to have this sweetie pie in our life.  We love him around the world and back!

Til Mason's 1st Birthday!

Such a bittersweet feeling.  On one hand I am so excited to celebrate our little guy's big day, but on the other hand it's kind of a sad feeling to see him growing up so quickly!  It's a tough pill to swallow to realize he's not my little baby anymore and is truly turning into a little boy!  He's such a sweetie pie but my goodness this little guy is quite a determined, stubborn thing!  He really makes us laugh because when he gets his mind set on getting/doing something, it's like he has tunnel vision and nothing will stand in his way!  :)  I'll be sure to post pictures after our family birthday bash!
